The Armitage Files
American Preservation League
The American Preservation League is a very small isolationist political party headquartered in upstate New York. Although there are only around 20 active members, they send out newsletters and bulletins to hundreds of subscribers in the northeastern United States.
At first, their platform seems similar to that of other isolationist groups. They want the US to keep out of foreign affairs, particularly in Europe, and seek to limit immigration, particularly from places outside northern Europe. More unusual are their calls for currency devaluation and a complicated scheme to modify the Electoral College to give more votes to “racially pure” states.
The party chairman is Fred Jahraus.
The group may have some connection with a place called Red Hollow.
